Das Auto in America
Last week I had the chance to watch one of the playoff games of the Red Wings vs. the Predators and there I found something quite interesting. Apparently Volkswagen started a new campaign called "Das Auto" [literally "the car"] where an old but obviously refurbished black Beetle acts as a sort of talk show host on TV. These spots actually show once more how entertaining stereotypes and clichés can be. Fortunately I was able to find the videos on youtube, but please see for yourself.
